We are looking for committed & performance driven candidate in the following position of our Consumer Brands Division |
Job Responsibilities:  |
- Police
the market (including Internet) for counterfeit ACI products and other
infringements of ACI’s intellectual property rights.
- Carry
out identification of suspected counterfeit ACI products (including
those detained by Customs, BSTI etc.) and provide accurate
statements/affidavits to enable successful prosecution of
counterfeiters
- Maintain
and develop relationships with RAB, Police, BSTI, Customs and
Prosecutors with a view to encouraging them to identify, seize and
destroy counterfeits and prosecute infringers.
- Supervise destruction of counterfeit ACI products and products which infringe ACI’s intellectual property rights.
- Attend
meetings with local anti-counterfeiting/IP associations, other brand
owners and relevant road shows/expositions to support and develop
anti-counterfeiting network in Bangladesh and co-ordinate actions
(where possible).
