Position: Manager, M&E; Migration Programme (Contractual)

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Develop M&E framework, plan and guidelines for Migration Programme and projects
  • Develop monitoring tools and formats, collect periodical data from field and generate M&E reports through real-time data gathering or digital data collection apps
  • Provide technical guidance to the project staffs and partner organizations to ensure M & E related activities of the projects/ programme including development of indicators
  • Help and prepare monthly implementation plan of activities related to monitoring with detailed annual activity plan in accordance with budget 
  • Conduct regular monitoring visits to the field areas to oversee progress of project and partner’s activities; provide feedback from bottom to senior management level 
  • Guide person responsible for project operation at head office, field offices in collecting regular field information following MIS, organise MIS data, help and prepare project/ programme reports on monthly, quarterly and annual basis through digital data collection app 
  • Documents best practices and success stories, prepares documentation for potential program users and submits timely, high quality reports to donor 
  • Develop and manage database on different software like SPSS and other software, especially digital data collection apps

Educational Requirements:

  • MSS with minimum 2nd class/ division in all academic examination

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 05 years of relevant working experience is required and Experience of develop different monitoring tools and have hand full experience in operating data analysis software

Age Range: Maximum 40 years

Salary Range: Negotiable
