Position: Junior Trainer, English (Contractual), Skills Development Programme

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Develop class based lecture plan on spoken ability targeting Hospitality & Tourism
  • Conduct individual practice session, group spoken practice, group debate, situational spoken capability test etc.
  • Ensure each student getting sufficient time for speaking in every class
  • Measure daily, weekly and monthly assessment of student’s progress
  • Assess the grading of each student in cardinal order after end of each class in terms of spoken ability
  • Ensure students are performing their home assignments
  • Ensure vocabulary practice and vocabulary games for students (targeting specifically Hospitality and Tourism sector) during class hour
  • Ensure lesson plans and class mechanisms are easy, interesting enough and conceivable for the students
  • Ensure using of projector during training session and help students to learn common conversation and vocabulary with the help of pictures/images

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelors in English from any recognised university/ institution with all 2nd division/ class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations. Candidates having English medium (A and O level) background will get preference

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in spoken English teaching. Experience can be relaxed for the candidates having excellent spoken ability and creative mindset

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Have strong command in English language including spoken and teaching capability
  • Familiar with curricula development
  • Have excellent training facilitation skill
  • Proven staff management skill
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Have knowledge on private sector in employment support service

Age Range: Maximum 35 years

Salary Range: Negotiable
