Executive, Marketing

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist to prepare the marketing plan & budget in consider to growth targets and business objectives of assigned enterprises
  • Develop & maintain relationship with internal & external stake holders to achieve longtime business objectives
  • Develop product packaging, trade merchandising and advertising and promotional strategies
  • Coordinating and cooperating with Finance, Production, Procurement & Sales department to development of product positioning, product marketing and launching plan of the product
  • Plan, implement and monitor the different communication strategy to do product positioning
  • Provide creative ideas in all communication & image building materials
  • Ensure timely delivery of all communication tools including ATL, BTL, TTL and Digital media
  • Analysis market, consumer and competitive information to know new market opportunities for portfolio development and set the new promotional offer for existing and potential market
  • Coordination with intra-company, interdepartmental personnel, vendors, agencies, media regarding plan-execution, follow up and billing
  • Any responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor

Educational Requirements:

  • The candidates must have BBA/ MBA in any discipline with minimum 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations.

Experience Requirements:  At least 2 years’ experience. Experience in sales and marketing will be given preference.

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to be an effective and credible voice internally and externally when presenting findings
  • Solution driven, smart, approachable and possesses ability to work with people from different backgrounds
  • Must have to skill of multitasking
  • Must have to work under pressure

Age Limit: Maximum 32 years
