involved in the implementation of social programs wishes to recruit the
following professional. The company seeks talented and aspiring

POSITION TITLE: Finance & Admin Officer, SMC Nil-tara Clinic
Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring of
financial and operating activities as per policy;
Ensure the Board Approved budget and Donors’ compliance with agreement
terms and applicable
laws and regulations; Identify and assess whether SMC activities are
running properly in order to
ensure whether the purpose of the customers are served; Also advice
management what kind of activities should be undertaken to progress and
problem resolution etc.
Qualification & Experience:
- The applicant must have an MBA or Masters degree in
Commerce with Accounting or Finance as major (completion of CA course
is preferred).
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in donor funded project will be given preference
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good supervision and monitoring skill.
- Program documentation skills.
- Excellent coordination skills.
