POSITION TITLE: Paramedics, SMC Nil-Tara Clinic Responsibilities: The Paramedics is responsible for health care service and counseling at SMC Nil-Tara Clinic. S/he is required to perform counseling in non-judgmental way, and maintain confidentiality, be supportive, empathic and respectful to the clients with strict adherence to counseling ethics. S/he will be responsible for providing high quality primary health care service as documented by SOP arranged. The person will ensure appropriate and confidential forms, files recoding and system and where necessary make appropriate referral. S/he will have to maintain proper documentation and records of all services and will generate necessary reports as per requirements of the program.Qualification & Experience:
