involved in the implementation of social programs wishes to recruit the

POSITION TITLE : HEAD OF BEHAVIOUR CHANGE COMMUNICATIONS
Head of BCC will directly report to the General Manager,
Program and assist him to take strategic decision in designing,
developing and implementing program. The incumbent will provide BCC
related support to a team, who implement a large social marketing
program that includes product social marketing, service delivery,
capacity building of the private sector providers, and behavior change
communications components. The key responsibility of the position is to
provide strategic support and guidance in planning and implementing
Behavior Change Communication activities of the Company. In line with
program objectives s/he has to conceptualize and facilitate the
development process of BCC strategy, materials (below the line and mass
media) as well as its execution closely working with the BCC team. S/he
is responsible for better coordination among different stakeholders
relevant to the Behavior Change Communication activities of the program.
S/he will also support training and service delivery team to promote
different networks of the private sector providers like Blue Star and
Long Acting Reversible Contraceptives program of SMC and increase
utilization of the services they offer under the program.
Qualification and Experience:
- Master Degree in Social Science and or MPH
- Minimum 12 years including 3 years managerial level
experience in designing, developing and implementing public health
program. Out of 12 years experience 5 years will be relating to program
design and development of BCC activities.
- Experience in working with international organizations is preferred.
- Experience to work with advertising agencies
- Self-starter, able to achieve results with limited supervision
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadline
- Excellent coordination and analytical skills
