Social Marketing Company, a large well-reputed not-for-profit organization involved in the implementation of social programs wishes to recruit the following professional. POSITION TITLE: Sr. Manager /Head Of Business Process Risk Management And Compliance

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute an annual audit plan for auditing various activities and functions of all area offices and other Div/Dept/Units and prepare specific audit program according to the audit plan.
  • Assess the risks of all concerned departments/divisions/regional/area offices/factory operations and lead the development and implementation of a risk based audit strategy as a part of its mitigation and treatment plan.
  • Examine and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the internal control system of the organization and the quality of performance in carrying out assigned responsibilities.
  • Conduct pre-audit and post audit on issues of different div/dept as and when required by management.
  • Participate in audit involving high-risk areas or other major assignments critical in nature.
  • Review and ensure that the audit working papers and reports prepared by members of the department are complete and accurate and also seek comments from concerned departments.
  • Monitor compliance with USAID regulations and policies and Financial Management for USAID awards as per agreement.
  • Undertake other audit, investigations or enquiries as and when advised by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • M.Com/ MBA in Accounting/ Finance. Chartered or Cost Management Accountants will be preferred.
  • At least 12 (twelve) years of working experience in internal Audit & Assurance and Review services in any reputed or multinational company where at least 03 (three) years in a Managerial level position.
  • 40 years and above 
  • Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills both in English and Bangla.
  • Willing to travel extensively to any place of Bangladesh
