Position: Executive, Sales & Marketing (Showroom)

Job Description / Responsibility:
- Take responsibility for the success-failure of the shops in assigned area, monitor credit sales and regular collection of hire sales, guide the shops on product display, indoor-outdoor branding, selling techniques, product knowledge etc.
- Help the shops to maintain audit compliance as instructed by the company.
- Identify, analyze and solve the problems of the shops in the assigned area and use the resources provided by management to overcome the problems as soon as possible.
- Build a healthy and positive team atmosphere in the shops which will allow them to collectively achieve the target in a cohesive manner.
- Identify areas that will help the shop lower its fixed cost.
- Search for new showrooms in potential locations in the assigned area.
- Any other assignment when & where required related to retail shops.
Educational Requirements:
- Graduation from any reputed university/ institutions.
- For experienced candidates, educational requirements might be considerable.
Experience Requirements:
- Preference will be given if having 1-2 years of experience.
Job Requirements:
- Age 18 to 35 year(s)
