Distribution, Store and Logistics Experienced personnel for the
following enlisted position at BRAC Dairy and Food Project.
Assistant General Manager, Distribution, Store & Logistics (BRAC Dairy and Food Project)
Job Responsibilities:
- Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans,
budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing
progress; making mid-course corrections. Provide leadership for the
successful day-to-day operation of the facility.
- To review established Distribution schedules with
manufacturing departments to insure established inventory levels are
met while operating at the highest efficiency possible.
- To provides strong leadership and direction to the Distribution process, store, Transport & Workshop
- To monitor Distribution expenses and research ways to reduce Distribution costs while maintaining product quality.
- To Develop and execute the plant Distribution & transportation budgets & Analyze workforce requirements.
- To encourage and promote operating in a continuous improvement environment
- To remove Distribution constraints; allocate human and
equipment resources and direct employees to attain all established
goals.
- Responsible for controlling inventory stock levels and
reordering as necessary within budget and Maintaining Stock, Supplies,
inventories & facilitates transactions in accordance with company
standard.
- To ensure best possible & cost effective way for maintenance & repairing work of Vehicle & machineries.
Educational Requirements:
- The candidates must have BBA/MBA or equivalent degree
with minimum 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic
examinations from any recognized university.
Experience Requirements: Minimum 07 years of experience with 3 years in managerial position.
Additional Job Requirements: Any other additional responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
Age Limit: Maximum 38 years
