POSITION TITLE: MEDICAL OFFICER, SMC NIL-TARA CLINIC

(Located At Dhaka Uddan, Mohammadpur, Dhaka)

S/he will be responsible for managing the SMC Nil-Tara clinic operation and provide support to Deputy Manager- Clinic Operation to establish and operate the fully functioning of the Nil Tara clinic. S/he will provide support and guide to other clinic staff for effective management of the SMC Nil Tara Clinic. S/he will report to Deputy Manager- Clinic Operation while receiving related support if required from Senior Manager- SMC Program Operations. S/he will oversee the clinic activities including pharmacy, laboratory and also specialist services. S/he will be engaged in clinical service daily including ultra-sonography. In addition s/he will also be provided technical support for ensuring services by other clinic members like Paramedics, Counselor. Besides, S/he will report to Deputy Manager- Clinic Operation in weekly/monthly basis in service related performances of the clinic.

 Qualification and Experience:

1. MBBS along with Trained in Ultra-Sonography will be given preference.
2. At least 3-5 years of experience to work as health service provider in a health care clinic/hospital or related authority or similar position
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
4. Ability to work with a variety of group of staffs working in health care service delivery centre
5. Good supervision and monitoring skill
6. Analytical skill
7. Program documentation skills
8. Excellent coordination skills
