Officer, Monitoring and Evaluation (Learning & BLC Operation)
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Prepare monitoring and evaluation work plan including key performance indicators.
- Study area selection and Prepare training monitoring tools and techniques
- Validate monitoring issues through sharing with BLC local management and HO management
- Develop training evaluation tools and techniques on reaction and learning level
- Organise training evaluation tools and techniques on behavior level
- Piloting tools and collect data
- Data entry through SPSS and Prepare Data tabulation sheet and analyse
- Present monitoring and evaluation findings and Produce M&E reports
- Assess TNA among BRAC staffs on Monitoring & Evaluation
- Develop training module on monitoring & and training evaluation
- Facilitate both monitoring & evaluation and training evaluation course

Requirements |
|
Educational Requirements:
- Masters in statistics or any other relevant disciplines from any recognised university/
institution with minimum 2nd division/ class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA
in all academic examination.
- No 3rd division/ class or below CGPA 2.50 is acceptable.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation and well known SPSS
Age Range: Maximum 32 years |
