Programme Coordinator, Gender Justice and Diversity Programme(Contractual)
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Provide programmatic and technical guidance and inputs to develop innovative project stratrgies and implementation plan
- Undertake overall responsibility and guide the project teams into implementation of the innovative projects
- Prepare annual plan for fund, human resources, logistics support etc. for effective implementation of the innovative projects
- Ensure preparation and submission of all progress reports, periodic reports, donor reports etc. of the innovative projects
- Review monitoring and other sources of findings and learning and make necessary adjustments as required
- Plan and ensure all the studies such as baseline , midterm, final evaluation of the innovative projects
- Review annual performance appraisal of the staff and made necessary recommendations
- Coordinate other BRAC programmes/ departments/
enterprises and the government counterpart for scaling up, integration
and advocacy
- Make field visits to the project intervention areas for suggesting better performance

Requirements |
|
Educational Requirements:
- Masters degree in Social Science/ Development
Studies/ Gender Studies from any recognised university with all second
class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA 2.50 in all academic
examinations
Experience Requirements:
- At least 8 years of working experience in relevant field
Additional Job Requirements:
- Have conceptual Knowledge on key gender and development in the context of
Bangladesh
- Have practical experience in project management and implementation of
gender programme
- Skills in developing reports on strategic directions
- Excellent team player and building relationships
