Job Description / Responsibility
- Identify and implement innovations for servicing
customers through branchless banking, using fixed, online and mobile
technologies (ATMs, POS, mobile phones)
- Provide e-Commerce functionality expertise during project planning, development and production-support
- Develop and integrate various Business requirement and recommended project for banking products and services
- Ensure that financial viability and a positive customer experience are achieved in the new channels
- Establish and monitor servicing relationships with
internal and external parties, including back and front-office staff,
agent, networks and other service providers.
- Work across multiple teams to develop accurate
requirements, specs and estimates for all new requests and create
related project documentation(i.e. project schedules, scope documents,
issue/risk logs, status reports, meeting materials and change log)
- Prepare and present the Schedule Impact Report. Lead
development and review of schedule recovery plans, including evaluation
of additional resources/costs required to affect plans.
- Provide necessary feedback to internal and client
stakeholders regarding specification feedback, changes to launch
calendar, issue escalation, and scope changes/clarifications.

- B.Sc in CS/CSE and MBA from a recognized university

- Must have working experience in Banking industry
- Operational experience in the development and implementation of Alternative Delivery Channels
- Have strong communication & technological skills with a proven ability of managing projects from planning to execution.
- Strong leadership skill with excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
- Highly analytical and well organized.
- Must have strong decision-making and problem solving capability.
