Position: Front Desk Executive (Female)
Job Description/ Responsibility
- Welcome all clients, visitors, guests into the front office in a professional manner and maintain records related to Front Desk Operation.
- Screening of all incoming and outgoing correspondences and initiating follow-up action including receiving calls and referring callers to appropriate employees;
- Attending all visitors & guests at the front office and record their individual details and messages for the concerned employee in their absence;
- Ensure the Front Desk area is properly maintained with a view to the image of the company.
- Planning and executing work schedule, maintaining appointment diary and performing other duties as and when assigned by the proper authority.
- Mail management including Courier, office document collection, letter dispatching both incoming and outgoing;
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Educational Requirements
- Minimum Graduate.
- Educational requirements may be relaxed for deserving candidates.
Experience Requirements
- 1 - 2 years working experience in the relevant fields will be added an advantage.
Job Requirements
- Only females are allowed to apply.
- Well conversant in English & Bengali.
- Capable to handle customer queries/complains instantly.
- Capable to handle Inbound/outbound calls.
- Sound knowledge in computer (MS word, excel, internet browsing etc.).
- Candidate should be presentable, organized, discipline, sincere and hardworking.
- Should have attractive personality, positive approach, good manner and responsible behavior.
- Good knowledge of woking over internet, web applications and social media is highly appreciated.
- Elegant, well-groomed and presentable personality.
- Able to work under pressure & self-motivated.
