Job Context
Purpose of the job: To run an outlet (franchise) successfully. Working on the shop floor, they will have to be in consistent with their customers and staff. Ensuring their staffs give great customers services as well as dealing with the financial and inventory side of the outlet and people management.

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve target (Sale/Footfall/GP/Growth)
• Manage cash and inventory (Accuracy target)
• Placing demand
• Maintain relationship with franchise and /or landlord
• Motivation of employee, target breakdown, orientation and monitoring
• Implement company strategy according to instruction
• Timely outlet opening, closing and attendance management
• Conduct regular maintenance of equipment and fixtures
• Maintain relationship with special customers and meet their demand
• Gather demand form surrounding business and develop additional sales channel
• Maintain proper merchandising of the products and ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet
• Any other responsibility assigned as par requirement

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements: Bachelor degree from reputed university

Experience Requirements: Having 3 years’ experience in relevant field will be given preference
