Officer/Senior Officer, Investigation

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Prepare individual action plan for overall fact finding and communicate with fact finding related concern persons and programme.
  • Analyse complain letter and develop checklist, questionnaire & prepare relevant letters for concern person.
  • Visit place of occurrence and take photos and draw sketch of place of occurrence.
  • Rapport building with fact-finding and complain related concern person.
  • Provide letter to complainant, aliases accused and witness for interview and written statement.
  • Interviewing and taking notes, Collect fact finding related written statements and documents.
  • Planning and conduct crosscheck of complainant, alleged accused and witnesses statements and all documents, Corroborating evidences and final checking.
  • Analyse collected all statements, documents and evidences and identify logical correlation among information and evidences.
  • Input all relevant facts in report, Provide clear description of complaints, Compose all written statements,
  • Attach all relevant documents and evidences with report.
  • Take feedback on draft report from supervisor and finalize report according to fact and feedback.
  • Attend at Sexual Harassment Redressal Committee (SHRC) forum, Brief facts to the SHRC members and provide fact related information of additional queries of SHRC members.
  Requirements  

Educational Requirements: Masters in any discipline from any recognised University with CGPA 2.5 and above or equivalent. Applicants having social science background will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience is preferable. Women candidates are encouraged to apply only.
  • Investigation report writing experience will be given preference.

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Excellent Computer typing skill in Bangla & English both.

Age Range: Maximum 35 years
