Job Title – Project Engineer/ Sr. Project Engineer

Job Responsibilities
- Review all MEP design drawing.
- Preparation of BOM
- Preparation of modification drawing
of internal electrification, electrical single line diagram layout plan
of Sub-station, Generator, AC Plant Room, Pump Room etc.
- Supervision Installation, Testing
& Commission of Electrical Distribution System, Lift, Sub-Station,
Generator, Fire Protection & Alarm System, Basement Ventilation
System, Plumbing Works, HVAC System etc.
- Assist site engineers to carry our EME works smoothly.
- Maintain liaison with line managers and other stakeholders regarding design and drawings.
- Preparation of CS of EME equipment’s
- Communication with different vendors and contractors.
- Checking Contractor’s bill.
- Checking Quality of Product and Workmanship of Contractor’s work.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from reputed public/private universities with minimum CGPA of 3.0/4.0
Requisite technical and functional skills
- Should have sound knowledge of
Sub-station, Generator, Lift, HVAC, Fire Protection & Detection
system, Basement Ventilation System etc.
Work Experience –
- At least 2 - 5 Years of experience in construction or in relevant field
