Educational Requirements:
- Should have minimum Graduation degree, preference will be given to the Master’s degree holders.
Experience Requirements:
- At least 3 years working experience in Industry (specially related to the ‘Call Center).
- Minimum 2 years experiences as a Trainer.
Other Requirements:
- Exhibit mastery of skills and theoretical knowledge in training.
