Application Criterion
- BBA / MBA / Major Marketing
- Above 12 years’ experience in the food
industry
- Motor Cycle Driving license
- Proficient Computer Skills in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point
Duties and Responsibilities
- Understand the need of the retail customers and develop Retail Strategy with specific targets
- Developing and implementing Route to Market Strategies.
- Develop and Implement Retail Strategy focused on growth and delivery of business targets.
- Develop, Implement and manage Trade Programs aimed towards delivery of business targets
- Innovate and brainstorm new mechanisms for expanding retail coverage.
- Develop, Manage and Roll out Outlet census and outlet category
- Competitor Analysis
- Engage with the Dealer, Customer, Retail and build comprehensive relationships and service.
- Ability to analyze and take decisive actions.
- Ability to take up challenges and drive change
- Able to communicate issues comprehensively with solutions
