Position: Assistant Manager - Category Management (Fashion & Lifestyle)

Job Description/Responsibility:

• To lead a team of 3 - 5 persons.
• To develop assigned categories by listing new products and ensuring the on-time stock availability.
• To launch effective campaigns (by customer engagement and revenue) for respective categories.
• To ensure the smoothness of regular workflow by co-operating with other related teams/departments. Such, Content development, Customer Service, Logistics, Marketing, Finance.
• To achieve all the targets/ KPI of own self & the team as well
• Any other work assigned by authority.

Experience Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years of experience.

Education Requirements:

• Graduation/ Post Graduation.
• Having trainings related to Digital Marketing Tools/ E-commerce will be an advantage.

Additional Requirements:

• Age: 25 - 32 years
• Both males and Females are allowed to apply.
• Having good sense on Fashion / Lifestyle / Gift category.
• Excellent in MS Office
• Can do attitude.
• Ability to fit in start-up environment and to be the leader
