Job Title – Deputy Manager/ Manager – Inventory Management
Department – Supply Chain Management Department

Job Responsibilities –
- Short and long-term inventory planning consistent with PO and SCM planning
- Ensuring utilization of excess materials stored in CWH/Project sites as and when required
- Dispose scrap material from CWH/Project sites with maximum efficiency
- Follow-up of delivery against Purchase Order with respective handling resource at SCM end
- Fixed asset management of the Projects/CWH
- Other material management of Projects/CWH
- Periodic reporting to SCM and other department on the availability of the materials
- Physical Inventory checking at project sites
- Physical checking of records and registers
- Develop Jr. Executive Inventory personnel for increasing efficiency and implement work procedure
Required Qualifications –
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any
reputed public/private university (BUET, CUET, KUET, RUET, IUT, AUST
will be given preference)
- 6 – 8 Years of experience of relevant experience in Inventory Management, preferably in Real-Estate.
Requisite technical and functional skills–
- Functional: Knowledge on Materials used in the construction of Residential, Commercial & High-rise buildings
- Knowledge on warehouse management
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
- Knowledge about procurement policy
