Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Procure infrastructure and material resources for setting up RTO
- Plan and organise institutional activities
- Ensure awareness program of all partners including
industry, associations, parents, community and other social influential
personnel regarding the importance of recently approved NSDP and
introduction of
- Competency Based Training & Assessment (CBT&A) methodology
- Make arrangement for prepare session plans and CBLM for each unit of Competency
- Teach and demonstrate across a range of TVET
programmes on Plumbing & Pipe Fittings, Masonry, Rod Binding, Tiles
Fittings, Painting, Carpentry & Shuttering, Civil Construction and
AutoCAD 2D & 3D
- Develop complete training packages and ensure adequate training facilities
- Recruit learners, conduct vocational guidance for trainees Conduct orientation and induction programme
Monitor and supervise technical trainings
- Support to WPI unit for ensuring job placement for trainees
- Assist to arrange separate workshop needed for delivering Generic and Sector specific competencies.
- Provide Institutional assessment at the completion of each competency and ensure certification
- Make arrangement for assessment conducted by BTEB- accredited assessor and conduct post CBT training evaluation
- Appraise performance of the teaching staff, non-teaching staff and students
- Make necessary arrangement for Apprenticeship program
- Work with GOV, NGO, development partners and other skills related stakeholder as assigned by the authority
