Position Title: Laboratory Technician
Position Location: BAIUST, Cumilla Cantonment

BAIUST solicits applications for a full time Laboratory Technician. The successful candidate to possess:
- Proper knowledge on all practical experiments related to Undergraduate Program of Civil Engineering.
- Rendering technical support to the students during practical classes.
- Rendering assistance to the teachers forpreparing lab report, practical classes and conduct of examinations.
- Maintenance, proper utilization and ensuring proper security of all types of laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Work under the Project Committee for preparing designs, estimates, schedule and other tasks as assigned by the Project Head.
- Performing all other duties as assigned by the Head of the Department.
Academic Qualification and Experience:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering from anyrecognizedPolytechnic or Institution.
- At least two (2) years working experience as a Lab Technician/Demonstrator/in any reputed University or as a SAE in a project.
- Good oral and written communication skills (both in English and Bangla).
- Proficiency in applications of MS Word, Excel,Auto CAD& PowerPoint etc.
Salary: An attractive package based on the qualifications and experience as per University Service Rules.
