Assistant Manager

Department: HR & Admin

Job Location: Dhaka

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and review HR policy and procedures to ensure alignment between HR strategy and business goals.
  • Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
  • Identifying training needs of employees by Training Need Assessment and execute yearly training calendar.
  • Oversee the performance management system and employee compensation and benefits.
  • Addressing all employment relations issues and aligning HR policies and practices with labor law.
  • Provide administrative support, if required.

Pre-requisites to apply

  • MBA from reputed university (Major in HR).
  • 03-04 year’s experience in related field is mandatory.
  • Good communication & presentation skills with computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point)
  • Age within 32 years
