Job Context:

ONE COUNTRY AGRO is a private company ,The principal activities of the company are to carry out business for Agricultural farming, agro basis development projects, ,fruit garden, vegetable farming, livestock production , various agro based products marketing and sales, provide all services to build up (Readymade) roof top garden (Aquaponiocs), small agro farm (Intrigrated or combined farming), importing & exporting and marketing upgrade strategy implementation.

Ability to work with a professional sales team to achieve set targets.
The applicants should have potentiality to development new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the organization.
To deal with clients and provide them project information over telephone.
Responsible for dealing In-house client.
Responsible for direct prospect visit out of the office.
Responsible for maintaining after sales officials formalities i.e. to check application form, to prepare payment schedule, to prepare deed of agreement and signing to the client.
To share ideas how to improve sales with group leader and other colleagues.
Any other activities as and when required by the management.

Experience Requirements:

Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Masters/ MBA (Major in Marketing) from any reputed University.

Skills Requirements:

Male/Female both are allowed to apply
Should have sound computer proficiency specially MS Office Package, excellent interpersonal skill, and good command over written & spoken English.
Ready to work under stress & pressure.
