Project Summary: 

USAID/Bangladesh Obirodh: Road to Tolerance Program provides support to activities aimed at fostering an inclusive and tolerant Bangladesh. This project will be based in Dhaka.

Position Summary:

The incumbent will develop and lead CVE capacity building for civil society organizations and coordinate networking between partners and broader stakeholders.  Position works with

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement direct CVE capacity building with Obirodh grantees.
• Develop resource materials that build CVE capacity of Obirodh grantees and staff.
• Develop organize and conduct quarterly networking activities and learning events with Obirodh grantees and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a field of  social science; a Master’s degree in a relevant field is desired by not required.
• A minimum of five (5) years in program development and or management in social science areas.
• Experience working with civil society organizationsin Bangladesh.
• Experence in developing, facilitating and managing training  of local organizations.
• Demonstrated experience presenting ideas to stakeholders including local organizations, donors and government officials.
• Fluency in written and oral English and Bengali.
