Job Responsibilities –

  • Coordination with Consultants (Architects) on. Interior Design, Lighting and landscape design.
  • Coordination with on-going project concerned person.
  • Collect Detail Drawings with material specifications for management approval.
  • Support in Material Selection procedure with Procurement, Operation Dept. & Architect.
  • Taking Observations from PO on initial Architectural working drawings.
  • Make minor Architectural corrections/modification (if necessary) in-house and take Consultant's consent & provide the same to the site.
  • Prepare daily work schedule and report to Dept. Head.
  • Make mock-up 3D views from modification drawings if required.
  • Collect preliminary design from the Consultant and with observations provide feedback to consultant
  • Take Management Approval on Architectural design.
  • Prepare specification and finalize/approve materials.
  • Prepare marketing kit, Construction Kit and sales launching presentation.
  • Arrange Coordination meeting with Consultants.
  • Design checking as per BNBC, RAJUK act & Company standard checklist to comply with construction process.
  • Ensure all the drawings are sealed "GFC" before sending to the site.
  • Ensure Consultants site visit as per agreement and our requirements.
  • Monitor and follow up the Construction schedule as per Master Program.
  • Identify gaps within the operations cycle and deal with these gaps to ensure quality in all steps of the projects.
  • Arrange Periodical Meetings with Project heads and Consultants
  • Visit under-construction projects in a regular schedule

Essential Qualifications -

  • B.Sc. in Architecture from reputed Public/Private Universities (Graduates from BUET, CUET, RUET, Khulna University, AUST, MIST, BRAC, CUET, AIUB, NSU, SUST will receive preference)
  • 6-10 Years of practical work experience in relevant field

Requisite Skills –

  • Practical and technical understanding of building materials and elements, structures, construction and services
  • Coordination and interpersonal skills to manage a complex project team of consultants
  • The ability to work in a team as well as individually
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
