Sector Specialist, Monitoring and Evaluation (Contractual), WASH; HCMP

Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Develop, process and analyze real time data for smooth implementation of the programme
- Prepare project work plan and detail budget independently
- Develop the overall framework/ reporting format of the monitoring and evaluation activities
- Prepare consolidated progress reports for the
Management including identification of problems, causes of potential
bottlenecks in implementation, and provide specific recommendations
independently
- Prepare different project reports (e.g. dashboard
preparation, progress update and disbursement request) for donor's in
regular basis
- Carry out regular field visit to support implementation of monitoring and evaluation, check the quality of data produced
- Generate different programmatic reports and data compilation
- Assist in preparing Concept note, agreement/ sub-agreement and other grant management issues

Requirements |
|
Educational Requirements:
- MBA in MIS/ M.Sc. in Computer Science or any other
relevant subject from any recognized university with all second
class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in academic examinations. No
3rd division/ class or below CGPA is acceptable
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in relevant field.
Candidates having experiences in Real Time Analysis, software
development and implementation, monitoring and evaluation and grant
management will be preferred
Additional Job Requirements:
- Strong knowledge on data collection and data analysis, data management & MIS management
- Knowledge on advanced statistical software e.g. Excel, STATA, SPSS and Real Time Analysis software
- Have knowledge on Programme monitoring and evaluation
- Have skills on effective communication and report writing
- Experience in managing information systems projects
- Ability to work as a team player
- Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Bengali and English
- Excellent analytical ability with able to handle critical situation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
