Job Description/ Responsibilities
- Look after the complicated labor issues in line with Labor Law and other govt. regulation as well company benefit.
- Implement Code of Conduct provided by the different renowned buyers.
- Coordinate when Buyer Representatives or Auditors visit the factory.
- Responsible for ensuring healthy
workplace, safety, hygiene environment in accordance with social
compliance standards, Sedex, BSCI, WRAP & ISO as per buyer/customer
standards and requirements.
- Development of proper systems for
maintaining and monitoring of appropriate disciplinary action
procedures among staff and workers.
- To do Day-to-day general administration
that includes daily attendance, leave, safety, recruitment, Legal &
Corporate affairs.
Job Nature: Full-time
Educational requirement
- Minimum - Bachelor Degree with honors in
Social Science or Law (Emphasis on labor legislation) or MBA (Major in
HRM)/ Post Graduate in any discipline with PGDHRM (BIM) from any
reputed Institute.
Additional job requirement
- Age not more than 35 years
- At-least 03 years of experience in any Compliant Manufacturing Industry.
