Manager, Production & Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

To supervise/monitor all activities of engineering team as Engineering In-charge.
To ensure availability of spares for all production units of ACI FL and always communicate with commercial department to ensure the spares stock.
BOQ, Design & Drawing and proposal submit for new project work/Development work and to raise respective CEP.
To ensure proper maintenance & repairing of machinery and attain optimum plant efficiency.
To introduce appropriate schedule & preventive maintenance of all units of plant.
Responsible for operations and maintenance of 11KV Substation and Generator.
Responsible for smooth operation and proper maintenance of all equipment of all units.
To maintain finished goods stocks at the required level as per ROFO.
To prepare production plan as per ROFO to meet sales demand.
To maintain recommended RM & PM stock level to ensure uninterrupted production.
To liaise with marketing Executives/Managers of business production planning of their respective product lines.
To ensure safe working condition.
To ensure safe material handling at plant.
To maintain wastage level within the target limit.
To monitor manpower utilization and ensure maximum productivity of labor.
To prepare monthly report of production & engineering activities and to submit respective report.
To carry out any other job assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements : B.Sc. Engineer (Mechanical) from Public University preferred Experience Requirements : Minimum 8-10 years of experience in relevant field As Plant Manager/similar position- 3-5 years at any reputed company Personal Background : Proven track record of production as well as maintenance Good/Sound knowledge on production related activity Planning capability Schedule/break down maintenance Age : 35 - 45 years (Flexible for competent candidate)		We Offer: Professional working environment.
