Job Title – Project Engineer

Job Responsibilities –
- Preparation of Structural & Finishing BOQ including preparation of management sheet.
- Materials quantity Incorporation into ERP after vetting according to BOQ
- Documentation of the drawings, material quantity & cost analysis.
- Rate analysis and Prepare tender documents.
- Comparative statement in between the budget and consumption for the project.
- Ensure Quantity & unit price according to budget as per procurement require.
- Perform & complete ad-hoc assigned work as and when required
Essential Qualifications –
- B.Sc in Civil Engineer from reputed public/private university
Requisite Skills –
- Knowledge regarding construction material
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD is a must
- Decent computer skills on MS Office package
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Work Experience –
- Minimum 2- Years of Experience in the construction of residential and commercial buildings
