Senior Programme Manager, M&E and Knowledge Management (PRL)

Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with programme technical and M&E
staff to maintain and update BRAC’s organization-wide Results Framework
at regular intervals
- Respond to donor requests for data and information
related to cross-cutting technical areas, such as climate change and
disability & inclusion.
- Produce high quality written reports and briefs
synthesizing findings from quantitative and qualitative monitoring and
evaluation for donor reporting and cross-organizational learning.
- Draft terms of reference, review deliverables, and
provide guidance and feedback to external consultants and academic
partners on learning and knowledge products.
- Work with programmes to develop high quality theories of change and M&E plans as part of the proposal development process.
- Facilitate workshops on programme design and M&E across programme teams within BRAC and with external partners.
- Provide technical assistance and reviews of
programme team and departments’ annual operating plans, progress
reports, log-frame, and M&E frameworks
- Strive to ensure outputs from research and analysis
conducted by BRAC and partners informs decisions and influences policy
and practice through working closely with and creating linkages between
various teams (e.g. Monitoring, Research & Evaluation, Advocacy,
communications, etc.)
- Closely work with the monitoring and internal audit
department to ensure that they are up-to-date with major organizational
changes.
- Represent BRAC at donor meetings and external events

Requirements |
|
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor in any discipline from any recognized University with CGPA 2.5
and above or equivalent.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in development or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in M&E
|
