Key Responsibilities:

• Operating shift operation efficiently & effectively with specified workforce and machines.
• Ensure achievement of targeted KPIs (e.g. OEE, MLT, AMK).
• Ensure required quality of the packed goods (e.g. Thread color, yarn count, nose sticker, box labels and quantity)
• Effective communications with relevant departments.
• Follow Health & Safety SOPs, Policies and guidelines.
• Ensure proper housekeeping.

Qualification & Skill Requirements:

• Leadership & people management skills to motivate people towards desired outcome.
• Computer know-how is important.
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Office package is required.
• Problem solving and analytical skills and action oriented for improvement
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to promote teamwork with good understanding of behaviour and motivation at work.
• Technical knowledge to understand machine operation and maintenance.
• Sound knowledge on Safety, Health and environment related laws.
• Positive attitude & ready to accept the challenges.
• Integrity & Honesty

Additional Job Requirements:

• Familiarity with textile industry is an added advantage.

Educational Requirements:

• Graduate/ Graduate Engineer

Experience Requirements:

• At least 2 Years’ of experience in relevant field.
