Senior Manager, WASH; Humanitarian Crisis Management Project

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Provide support to director for strategy development, fund raising, quality implementation and endorsing all
• Humanitarian Crisis Management Project (HCMP) documents timely
• Prepare project proposals and budget for HCMP and submit to donor in coordination with HCMP team
• Review HCMP sector strategy, communication materials, proposals, budgets and other plans timely and
• provide feedback to HCMP team.
• Keep strong collaboration with HCMP and HO team
• Perform visit to HCMP regularly at least once in a month and as necessary, ensure quality implementation and extend guidance to WASH (HCMP) team
• Provide support to MIS/Monitoring team for data collection, documentation, analysis and interpretation
• Stay for a longer period for supervision of the programme in Cox's Bazar, whenever needed

Educational Requirements:

• B.Sc in Civil Engineering or Master's or Bachelor's degree in any discipline from any reputed university with minimum 2nd division/ class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations. No 3rd division/ class or below CGPA is acceptable

Experience Requirements:

• At least 5 years experience in water sanitation and hygiene related field is required

Additional Job Requirements:

• Advanced Technical Knowledge of the theories, principles and methods on WASH
• Knowledge on Programme evaluation, capacity building and community mobilization
• Ability to coordinate with partners
• Ability to work under pressure, be flexible in challenging situation
  and excellent interpersonal skills
• Have excellent verbal and written skills both in Bengali and English
• Have excellent skills on MS office package

Salary Range: Negotiable
