Position |

Officer, Program Quality Assurance (Contractual), WASH; Humanitarian Crisis Management Project
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Supervise regular data collection and ensure quality of the data by random verification & validations
- Record, manage and preserve monitoring and evaluation data in a safe and accessible way
- Provide technical support to M&E team and evidence based recommendations to the relevant Project Manager and Partners
- Ensure implementation of field activities adheres to Programme’s monitoring and evaluation system
- Participate proactively in programme review, planning process and budgeting
- Lead the programme team in preparing different reports
- Organise programme monitoring plan (PMP) in line with project LFA, consulting with programme team and partners
- Coordinate with partners for collection of data against set indicators/ targets
- Monitor partners performance as a part of the team
- Provide feedback to partners and programme team on programme’s performance based on follow-up and monitoring data findings
- Assist to build capacity of staff on planning, monitoring and peer-to-peer assessment
- Support partners to improve learning and sharing mechanisms with their interventions
- Promote culture of two way learning in the organization
- Support the team responding to other emerging tasks as may be required

Requirements |
|
Educational Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelor degree in any discipline from
any reputed university with minimum 2nd division/ class or equivalent
GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations. No 3rd division/ class or below
CGPA is acceptable
Experience Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in monitoring and evaluation with at least 2 years with some international organisation is required
Additional Job Requirements:
- Sound knowledge of water and sanitation issues and hygiene practice
- Good knowledge of Community mobilization, sanitation and skills transfer
- Sound knowledge of MS Office package
- Teamwork spirit and community mobilization skills
- Good communication skill in English
- Knowledge on monitoring and evaluating WASH project
- Solid knowledge and understanding of community-based participatory approaches
- Experience of field data collection and data quality analysis (DQA)
- Experience of high quality report-writing
- Problem solving skills
