Job Description/ Responsibility:
- Look after entry/ exit.
- Maintain mail communication.
- Monitor attendance and leave.
- Attend the phone calls and be able to meet the queries of clients as per the requirement.
- Circulate the Notice/ Office orders.
- Receive the bills/vouchers from the suppliers, clients etc.
- Maintain the register of bills/vouchers.
- Maintain and ensure the clean and tidiness of office.
- Ensure the Front Desk area is properly maintained with a view to the image of the company.
- Maintain and update store function.
- Provide support to the HR department of organization interviews.
- Handle employee inquires and acts as first line of response to administrative questions.
- Any other works deemed necessary for smooth functioning of routine office work.
Job Nature: Full-time.

- Should be self-motivated, sincere and honest in his work.
- Should work as a team player.
Job Location: Head Office (Dhaka)
Salary Range: 10000 - 15000 per month
