Manager, Partnership Management and Communication; HNPP (Contractual)

Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver strategic knowledge management
and communications plans for SAPLING project; analyzing
organizational, local and global trend and roll it out
- Provide technical and administrative support for project implementation
- Ensure archiving knowledge, best practice sharing
and content development for promotion of SAPLING to the internal and
external shareholders
- Preparing schedules and arrange workshops for project purpose
- Develop and maintain a website and social media
platform of SAPLING project. Develop website contents such as event
reports and blogs
- Analyze projects performance, expenditures,
procurement, and coordination for ensuring timely completion of
deliverable and manage the logistics
- Ensure programme documentation, technical and
editorial support regarding programme related write ups, advocacy
material or presentations
- Maintain liaison with donors, stakeholders,
government authorities and technical partners for smooth functioning
of project activities and policy making for SAPLING project

Requirements |
|
Educational Requirements:
- MBA/ Masters from any government recognized
University/ Institute preferably major in Nutrition/ Agriculture/ Food
system with minimum 2nd division or equivalent CGPA.
Experience Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ of experience in partnership management and communications is required.
Additional Job Requirements:
- Contemporary knowledge on partnership development, management,
and communication practices
- Knowledge of public health and human rights
- Knowledge on national and global development scenario
- Excellent strategic and analytical skills
- Strong oral, written, presentation and communications skills
- Competencies on event management, social media, creative writing,
blogging and visual storytelling
Age Range: Minimum 35 years
