Job Responsibilities:
- Source & develop new business leads for sales
- Tele-marketing, corresponding and meeting with current and prospective customers
- Maintain long-term consultative relationship with clients for repeat business
- Meet and exceed sales target
- Focus on results and have a strong work ethic
- Be resourceful & take responsibility for controlling own success in our business growth
- Be highly organized and detail oriented with professional presentation ability

Educational Requirements:
- Preferably MBA in Marketing.
- Masters/ Bachelor in Marketing can also apply.
Experience Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in corporate sales.
- Candidates should have familiarity in the HR domain.
- Experience in similar industry will be an advantage for the candidate.
