Job Context:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media through designing and executing marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels.

Job Description/ Responsibility

  • Maneuver email and social media marketing campaigns through all areas of the organization life cycle and develop and implement SEO and PPC strategies
  • Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns which fit client needs
  • Provide analytical reporting of campaigns growth and ROI for marketing campaigns
  • Create and manage link building strategies, content marketing strategies, and social media presences
  • Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies
  • Develop engaging online content including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyze content success
  • Drive traffic to company pages
  • Develop and manage projects and team members, including delegating tasks, reviewing team member work, adhering closely to deadlines and to budget, developing and revising ideas, and implementing projects
  • Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information
  • Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners and Offline marketing engagement
  • Lead generation:
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments on lead generation and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
Educational Requirements

  • Masters degree or equivalent from any reputed university.

Job Requirements

  • 8-10 years experience in the relevant field.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience with SEO, SEM and affiliate marketing as well as offline marketing
  • Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
  • Use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant sites
  • Vast knowledge and working experience with SEO, SMM, Digital Marketing and it is must
  • Advance knowledge in marketing is an added advantage.
  • Able to quickly understand both the management and company needs and able to adjust priorities in accordance with the management and team needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Should be motivating, encouraging, positive, patient and empowering.
  • Be able to provide honest, accurate, appropriate feedback, and good ethical judgment.
  • Mature: Professional, and yet approachable.
  • Able to interact and deal with people from all levels and all backgrounds.
  • Able to work under pressure. Driven to be challenged, develop and to expand own skills.
