Panjeree Publications Limited is a renowned publication in Bangladesh more than 2 decades. Panjeree have more than 400 sales employees around Bangladesh. Now we are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to contribute to our company’s sales objectives. The purpose of this role is to be responsible for leading, motivating and developing an effective sales representative team in the business unit.

Regional Sales Manager

Job Location: Head Office, Dhaka

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Lead district wide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Establish productive and professional relationship with key personnel in assigned customers account.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvement.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecast.
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
  • Liaise marketing and product development departments to ensure brand consistency
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.

Requirements

  • Masters / MBA from a reputed university (Preferably in Marketing)
  • 10 years working experience in Sales
  • Proven 2 years work experience as a Regional Sales Manager
  • Experience managing a high performance sales team
  • An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skill
  • Analytical skill with a problem solving attitude
  • Availability to travel as needed
  • Age will not more than 42
