Position: Sr. RSM/ RSM (Regional Sales Manager)
   

Amico Laboratories Limited, is a  world class quality Manufacturer, Marketer and Distributor of medicine & drugs. Which is looking for............Sr. RSM/ RSM (Regional Sales Manager)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Minimum ability to ensure 30 and above field force’s sale per month.
  • Achieve Monthly Target
  • Achieve the monthly & yearly sales target.
  • Disseminate scientific information to doctors on regular basis.
  • Achieve sales target of the zone.
  • Evaluate sales opportunities of the assigned region.
  • Assist management in developing business strategies.
  • To extend its marketing operation to a much wider region
  • Develop and maintain constant relationship and networking with health related pharmacy
  • Door to door communication with all Doctors & Chemist.
  • Maintain good relation with doctors & chemist.
  • Medical representative recruitment, training & development.

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 6-7 year(s) experience in Pharma Market.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Sr. Field Manager/ Area Manager / Regional Sales Manager.
  • Excellent communication skill.
  • Currently working as Sr. Area Manager/ RSM for more than 03 Years in Top Tier Pharmaceuticals Company in Bangladesh.
  • Good communication skill in English both oral and written.
  • The applicant should have knowledge about Credit Company.

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Preferably in Science background from any recognized university with excellent academic record.

Compensation & Other Benefits:

  • T.A/D.A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Group Insurance
  • Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)

Salary: Negotiable
