Job Title –Project Engineer/Sr. Project Engineer
Employment Type – Permanent

Job Responsibilities –

• Review all MEP design drawing.
• Preparation of BOM.
• Supervision Installation, Testing & Commission of Electrical Distribution System, Lift, Sub-Station, Generator, Fire Protection & Alarm System, Basement Ventilation System, Plumbing Works, HVAC System etc.
• Attend site meeting in presence of Principal Architect.
• Submit requisition of materials according to WBS.
• Keeping record of quantity of work done by contractors.
• Assist site engineers to carry our EME works smoothly.
• Maintain liaison with line managers and other stakeholders regarding design and drawings.
• Preparation of CS of EME equipment.
• Communication with different vendors and contractors.
• Checking Contractor’s bill.
• Checking Quality of Product and Workmanship of Contractor’s work.

Required Qualifications –

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Reputed Universities like – BUET, CUET, RUET, KUET, IUT & AUST
• Minimum CGPA of 3.0/4.0

Requisite technical and functional skills–

• Should have sound knowledge of Sub-station, Generator, Lift, HVAC, Fire Protection & Detection system, Basement Ventilation System etc.
• Should have knowledge in MEP work

Work Experience –

• At least 2 - 5 Years of experience in relevant field.
