Position |
|
Assistant Manager, HRIS (Contractual), Humanitarian Crisis Management Project
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Serve as the contact person for HR systems projects and acting as liaison between the users
- Act as focal person for assigned HR technology or
process projects, including managing project team activities, tasks,
deliverables and timelines
- Provide subject matter expertise on HR systems or business processes
- Manage day-to-day activities of HRIS to support the HR, compensation, benefits, payroll and other interrelated functions
- Complete joining entry in ERP module and ensure salary entry in HRMS
- Prepare and update reports in relation with recruitment, staff budget (salary, benefits and training) and burn rate
- Keep connection with HR Business Partner to resolve HRIS related issues
- Work on staff positing update if and when necessary
- Arrange and conduct monthly meeting on status-quo of HRIS status

Requirements |
|
Educational Requirements:
- Master /Bachelor degree in MIS or any other relevant
discipline. Education qualification may be relaxed for experienced
candidate
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant work experience in HRIS, MIS and other relevant fields
Additional Job Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills and able to work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching
- Able to analyse different types of data to sort-out findings and deliver conclusions
- Have strong work ethic for working with confidential information
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Sound knowledge on HRIS technologies, applications, software etc.
- Skilled on MS office applications
