  Position  

Deputy Manager, Finance and NGO, BRAC Education Programme

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Analyse financial status by collecting, monitoring and studying financial data; recommending actions to the programme, components to strengthen financial control.
  • Ensure regular financial trend analysis of BEP components; assist with annual, quarterly and monthly forecasting and assess financial performance of each programme.
  • Prepare budget, financial model as per need of the programme.
  • Ensure a sound internal control system to prevent and detect error in financial data.
  • Ensure that all financial information are accurate and on time and in adherences to organisation and programme requirement.
  • Regularly review process, system and structure to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.
    Prepare FD 6 budgets as per need of the programme.
  Requirements  

Educational Requirements:

  • MBA major in Finance/ Accounting from any recognised educational institute

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Communicate and work jointly with consultants/ external stakeholders for working on BEP components.
    Provide support to other projects of BEP for planning, designing and managing monitoring activities.
