Position |
|
Position: Deputy Manager, Knowledge Management and Communications, Targeting the Ultra Poor (TUP) Programme
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain knowledge products including learning materials, concept notes, case studies etc.
- Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders and manage coordination among donor, HCMP and programme.
- Prepare different documentations for reporting
(Midyear reports, annual report, different donor reports, presentation
slides etc.).
- Create and manage archiving system in order to
store & disseminate programme knowledge and facilitate sharing
& collaboration
- Develop different training/ orientation and
internal communications materials in coordination with operation unit,
BRAC material development unit, communication unit and relevant
experts
- Organise different exposure visits in coordination with different relevant units within and outside the programme

Requirements |
|
Educational Requirements:
- Masters preferably in Social Science/ Journalism/
Media Relations/ Business Administration or other relevant discipline
from any reputed educational institute
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in knowledge management and documents
Additional Job Requirements:
- Maintain liaison with other mainstreaming programme of BRAC
- Engage in any other relevant activities deemed necessary for the programme

Salary Range: Negotiable
