VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT The British High Commission, Dhaka is seeking a PA to Defence Adviser for the Department of Ministry of Defence. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the Defence Section by organising and facilitating the deployment of personnel involved in DE and ensuring the smooth day to day running of the office and visit programmes. The candidate shall handle the Defence Section electronic diary, manage discrete information and database as directed by the DA. S/he shall assist in making flight/ travel arrangements for Bangladesh military personnel and coordinate all the meetings/ travel for the DA and other visitors. S/he shall act as a cover for the Assistant DA during leave periods, including compiling monthly financial returns.
