Position: Assistant General Manager - HR & Employee Relations

Job Context:
Application is requested from those who have experience (total job length) to work in Corporate Head Office of reputed RMG group.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Talent hunting for the recruitment needs of the organization
  • Sourcing right candidates for the company using various channels
  • Consult the business heads to know hiring needs for the short and long term requirement of the company
  • Organize recruitment processes (job posting, short listing, arrangement of interview, selection & placement)
  • Experience in taking the lead and handling recruitment processes, job advertisement
  • Any other assignments given by the Management time to time.

Educational Requirements:

  • Masters in Public Administration/ MBA in HRM from reputed University
  • PGD in HRM will get preference

Experience Requirements:

  • 10 to 12 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    • Recruitment & Selection, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Performance & Career Management
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    • Garments, Garments Accessories, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Additional Requirements:

  • Age 35 to 45 years
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Strong leadership skills to work in a cross functional role
  • Strong Analytical Ability & Honesty to the highest level
  • Strong ability to drive and motivate business teams; explaining complex things in a simple way
  • Highly energetic & can speak nicely
