Position |
|
Medical Officer, Integrated Development Programme (Contractual)
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Provide treatment, management, advice to patients visiting the clinic, refer complicated patients to proper places
- Ensure quality of health care services of BHC and Delivery centers
- Arrange meeting regarding employees work description, prepare required documents for necessary medicine and clinical materials
- Prepare and submit monthly action plan to concerned individual
- Write and submit monthly action reports to the concerned personnel
- Carry out yearly performance appraisal for work done by employees
- Communicate with sector specialists, ADC, UDC, Finance department and Technical manager
- Arrange necessary medicine and clinical materials purchase after reviewing applications carefully
- Communicate with upazilla health complex, UHNFPO, UFPO and other concerned medical officers
- Supervise and guide the staffs

Requirements |
|
Educational Requirements:
- MBBS from any recognised university with minimum 2nd
class / division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA. No third class/ division or
below CGPA 2.00 is acceptable
Experience Requirements:
- At least 3 years of working experience on patients consultation and relevant work
Additional Job Requirements:
- Conduction of safe delivery, MR
- Consultation of outdoor & indoor patients as well as proper treatment
- Technical support to lab technician
- Minor surgical procedure, ultra sonogram
- Monitor medicine stock & lab equipment of health center
- Have computer proficiency
- Manage overall operational activities of health center
- Knowledge of the information and techniques needed to diagnose and treat human injuries diseases and deformities
