Information Officer- LGED
Job Responsibility
  • Support SMEP operation activities
  • Liaison with Union Parshad, CIC, SMS agencies, Upazila officials and LGED
  • Establish linkages with other stake holders and link them with SMEP leadership
  • Support planning, monitoring and reporting of project activities
  • Cover FOB supervisors when needed
  • Coordination of training programme for SMEP field level team and communities
    linked to SMEP
  • Maintaining regular correspondence
  • Maintain documentation and filing
  • Maintaining of monitoring and evaluation files cash and accounting files with proper documentation and maintain good filing system in the admin office
  • Perform any other administrative duties that may be assigned by the operations
    manager and admin coordinator

Educational and Experience Requirement
  • University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer
    Science & Engineering (CSE), Engineering, Science.
  • At least five (5) years’ experience in relevant field.
  • Previous experience in UN, UN Affiliate or other International organizations is an advantage
Additional Requirement Language proficiency in English, Bangla and Rohingya and Chittagonian
